Comments: The events prior to the race, race day and post race events were amazing. I loved every minute of it. The bike course was the most challenging I've ever faced and the most thrilling. The swim in the med. was perfect on race morning and the short loop up the beach was great for my family who was watching. I kind of wish the run course went up into the city a bit, cutting down on the number of loops during the run but that's my only criticism. If you travel in from another country and you have never bike this course before, I suggest taking the time to ride the course several days prior. With my travel restrictions I was not able to do this but I wish I had – it was so beautiful, on race day I was only concerned about keeping pace. PS: I couldn't have finished the race without all the fans cheering and the DJ playing those 'pumpin' tunes. This is truly an amazing race!!
